DELIVERY POLICY

5.1 Unless otherwise agreed, delivery of the Goods shall take place at the address specified in the Buyer‘s Purchase Order on the Delivery Date and the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods upon their delivery. The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

5.2 The Delivery Date specified by the Seller is an estimate only. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the Contract.

 

5.3 If the Seller is unable to deliver the Goods for reasons beyond its control, then the Seller shall be entitled to place the Goods in storage until such times as delivery may be effected and the Buyer shall be liable for any expense with such storage.

 

5.4 The Buyer shall be entitled to replacement Goods where the Goods have been damaged during transportation. The Buyer must notify the Seller of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

 

5.5 Risk shall pass on the delivery of the Goods to the Buyer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You may cancel an order at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Goods.  In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Goods in accordance with our refunds policy (set out in clause 13 below).

To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the Goods to us as soon as reasonably practicable, and at your own cost.  You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

If you return Goods to us:

Because you have cancelled the order and therefore the contract between us within the 7-day cooling-off period (see clause 12 above), we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Goods in full and any applicable delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

If for any other reason (for instance, because you consider that the Goods are defective), we will examine the returned Goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.  We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of defective Goods in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.

 

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
